🍽 FOOD ALLERGY?
The allergy status of each child must be verified
Vouchers can only be purchased for and used by children registered with ISB as having no known food allergies.
If your child has an allergy, please register them for the Passion Food Hot Lunch Programme and provide info on the allergy when requested during the online registration process.
Once registered and approved, we can monitor and manage your child’s individual food requirements daily.
Until the end of the school year in June 2026, any vouchers labeled for Grade 1–5 may also be used for EC1, EC2, & EC3.
Our Vouchers
Important note:
Vouchers are ONLY available for Aesch Grade EC1 to Grade 5 students at a value of CHF 9.00 per voucher.
Passion Food designs and prints our custom-made vouchers together with a printing house in Zug. These vouchers are sold in booklets of ten and can be used for the following term or school year. Each booklet is counterfeit-proof and produced with high-quality security features.
Good to Know
Students should sign the back of the voucher immediately so it can be returned if found.
We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented a new ‘Forgot My Lunch Voucher’ system. This allows students to access lunch without having a voucher with them on that day.
Students may visit the reception or the kitchen counter and request a slip, which they will complete with their name and grade. This slip will temporarily serve as a voucher. Parents will later receive a reminder to settle any outstanding amount. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for all.
Vouchers can be purchased in booklets of 10 at the Cafeteria Kiosk
or
via mail order — with a minimum online order of 20 vouchers (2 booklets). They will be posted to your home at no extra cost — no packaging or postage fee.

Points to Note
- Vouchers per menu are sold in booklets of 10.
- Minimum online order quantity is 20 vouchers (= 2 booklets).
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No change will be given when redeeming a voucher for a cheaper item.
- Vouchers do not expire and may be used the following school year.
