ISZL Riverside Campus Lunch Program 2023/2024

General Terms and Conditions:

General Information:

  • Subscription orders for Lunch services are valid for THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR, from August 2023 through June 2024, with minimum validity through the end of the first Semester (Dec 2023). Changes to the subscription for the second semester must be entered prior to the end of December 2023.
  • All cancellations and changes will only be accepted in writing.
  • No refunds are issued due to illness, absences, extra tutoring or optional trips. Should a student fall sick for more than 3 days we will give a refund for the days missed from the 4th day on if a doctor’s note is available.
  • In the case of unique circumstances, such as a pandemic shut down, refunds will be issued at the end of the semester (December or June) for lunches that were not consumed.

Invoicing:
Lunch subscription fees for the first semester of the Riverside Campus will be invoiced in August/September 2023. The second Semester (Jan-June) will be invoiced during January/February 2024.

After we have received the registration form an invoice will be sent out. Invoices are payable within 14 days from the date on the invoice. The student will be marked on our lunch list and will receive lunch by giving his/her full name to our staff.

In case we should not have received payment after 14 days from the invoice date, a reminder will be sent to the parents to pay the invoice or to send the receipt of the payment.

Cancellation:
The lunch program will automatically be cancelled by the end of the School Year in June 2024. Changes/cancellations to the subscription for the second semester must be entered prior to the end of December 2023. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
