School lunch program terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

General Information:

  • Subscription orders for Lunch services are valid for THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR, from August 2021 through June 2022, with minimum validity through the end of the first Semester (Dec 2021). Changes to the subscription for the second semester must be entered prior to the end of December 2021.
  • All cancellations and changes will only be accepted in writing.
  • No refunds are issued due to illness, absences, extra tutoring or optional trips. Should a student fall sick for more than 3 days we will give a refund for the days missed from the 4th day on if a doctor’s note is available.
  • In the case of unique circumstances, such as a pandemic shut down, refunds will be issued at the end of the semester (December or June) for lunches that were not consumed.

Invoicing:
The first Semester (Aug-Dec) of the Zurich campus lunch subscription fees will be invoiced in August/September 2021. The second Semester (Jan-June) will be invoiced during January/February 2022.

After receiving the registration form an invoice will be sent out. Invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The student will be marked on our lunch list and will receive lunch by giving his/her full name to our staff.

In case we should not have received payment after 30 days from the invoice date the student will receive lunch once more including a reminder for the parents to pay the invoice or to send the receipt of the payment by fax, email or mail. Once we have received the receipt or payment the student will be marked on our list again. If this is not the case the student must pay cash for lunch. The money for missed lunches due to late payment cannot be refunded!

Cancellation:
The lunch program will automatically be cancelled by the end of the School Year in June 2022. Changes/cancellations to the subscription for the second semester must be entered prior to the end of December 2021. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
