Sign up now to ensure your child’s participation and receive an invoice sent directly to your home address. Once registered, students will be automatically signed up starting from the following day. This convenient system allows for seamless planning and guarantees your child’s daily hot lunch service.
Programme Costs
Aesch Campus (EC 1 – Grade 5)
For the young children in Aesch we serve a balanced Full Tray Menu (meat or vegetarian) including a salad, fresh fruit / dessert.
Full Tray Menu price EC 1 – 3: CHF 7.20
Full Tray Menu price Grade 1 – 5: CHF 8.40
Grade 6 students have the choice to register for one of the following options:
- Option 1 – Full Tray menu at CHF 11.00 – meat / vegetarian – including salad, fresh fruit or dessert
- Option 2 – Main Course only at CHF 10.00 – meat or vegetarian
Fiechten Campus (Grade 7 and Grade 8)
All menus are freshly prepared each morning in the Reinach Campus kitchen and transported promptly to ensure optimal freshness and quality before the lunch service begins.
- Option 1 – Full Tray menu – meat / vegetarian – including salad, fresh fruit or dessert
Menu price Grade 7 – 8 Full Tray: CHF 12.50 - Option 2 – Main Course only – meat or vegetarian.
Menu price Grade 7 – 8 Main Course only: CHF 10.50
Reinach Campus (Grades 9 – 12)
The menus for the students are freshly prepared in the kitchen at Reinach.
- Option 1 – Full Tray menu – meat / vegetarian – including salad, fruit or dessert.
Menu price Grade 9 – 12 Full Tray: CHF 12.50 - Option 2 – Main Course only – meat or vegetarian
Menu price Grade 9 – 12 Main Course only: CHF 10.50 - Students at Reinach who are off campus for a field trip or event can take away items valued at the same amount as their registration—CHF 12.50 or CHF 10.50—allowing them to enjoy a meal even when away from campus.

Important to Note!
We understand the challenges faced by students with allergies and special dietary requirements. Our trained kitchen chefs are available daily to answer questions and provide information about ingredients and alternative meal options. We are committed to offering tasty menus that meet specific dietary needs.
For severe allergies and food restrictions, we strongly recommend a personal consultation with the kitchen chef to ensure appropriate meal preparation. Please be aware that additional charges may apply in cases where special ingredients are required, reflecting the higher costs associated with certain dietary accommodations.
Registration and Prices for the school year August 2026 – December 2026.
We determine prices based on the number of school days per semester as provided by ISB. Prices for each grade vary not only due to different menu costs but also because of the differing number of school days, including field weeks, camps, and other special events when the entire grade is off campus.
Eat every day or select fixed days per week
If you prefer that your child does not eat every day, you have the option to register for a single day or a combination of days each week.
Please note that the selected days must remain the same every week throughout the semester.
To determine the total invoice amount, refer to the ‘FULL TRAY’ or ‘MAIN COURSE’ price tables below. If you choose individual days, simply add the prices for each day selected.
For example, if you select ‘Full Tray’ meals on Mondays, Thursday, and Friday for a Grade 6 student:
- Monday: CHF 165.00
- Thursday: CHF 176.00
- Friday: CHF 154.00
The total cost for the entire semester (August – December 2026) would be CHF 495.00

Off-Campus Events
Students attending off-campus events (not entire grades) and who are enrolled on the lunch list can:
- Reinach: Receive a refund credited towards next semester’s Lunch List price or opt to take kiosk lunch items of equal value on that day.
- Fiechten: Receive a refund credited towards next semester’s Lunch List price.
- Aesch: A packed lunch will be organised by their teacher.
